VETERAN JOURNALIST SULAIMAN YUSUF DIES AT 72

The death of former Correspondent of the Defunct New Nigeria, Concord
Newspaper, Alqalam Newspaper and Sawaba Newspaper, Alh. Sulaiman Yusuf
has occurred on 11th February, 2020 equivalent to 7th Jumada-Akhir
1441 AH. Aged 72, he died following a protracted illness.
He is survived by eight children and many relatives, among his
relative are Muazu Yusuf (Custom Comptroller), Shetima Yusuf (World
Health Organisation), Dr. Mustapha Yusuf (H.O.D, Department of Mass
Communication, Federal College of Education Zaria), Rear-Admiral Tahir
Yusuf (retired), Aliyu Yusuf (M.D. Coca Cola and others).
Until his death, he was a freelance journalist. The deceased was known
for his simplicity, commitment, dedication and love for peace.
May Allah grant him with Al-janna Firdausi and forgive his sins,
protect and nourish his offspring morally and Islamically.
May he also give his bereave family the fortitude to bear the loss.
