A HEARTBROKEN mum whose fiancé collapsed and died in front of her two weeks before their wedding has vanished.
Helen O’Brien, 35, disappeared on September 25, just over a year since Kevin Reilly suffered a fatal heart attack days before they were to tie the knot.
Kevin died at the couple’s home in Warrington, Cheshire, with Helen left to plan his funeral instead of their wedding.
Pals are now fearful for the “absolutely distraught” mum-of-two, who went missing after visiting friends and was last time around 10pm in Stockton Heath.
Lisa Johnson, 39, told Mirror Online: “It left her to care for their two young boys. Instead of planning the final touches to her wedding day, she had to plan a funeral.
“Helen has lost everyone she has ever become close to. Her dad died, she lost her sister in a car crash in 2000 and then this with Kevin.
‘SHE HAS VANISHED’
“She was absolutely distraught. She really struggled afterwards but was managing because of her two boys.
“It is hard to believe that she could have hurt herself though.”
After Kevin’s death, Helen’s mum, Linda, became increasingly worried about her distraught daughter.
Linda’s eldest daughter, Laura, died in a car cash on New Year’s Day.
Following Helen’s disappearance, cops launched extensive searches in Warrington, with Helen’s mobile phone found by a jogger near a canal.
But friends and family have no idea what has happened to Helen.

Lisa added: “It is just so bizarre. She has just vanished. Anything could have happen, but it is not knowing which is so hard.
“There are a million different things, she could have fallen, she could have been abducted, we just don’t know.”
She urged drivers with dashcam footage that may provide clues to come forwards.
Helen is described as 5″7″tall, slim with black hair and was wearing a large, green jumper.
Cheshire Police inspector Richard Spedding said: “We are doing everything we can to find Helen and our searches will continue over the weekend.
“It has been two days since Helen was last seen and we are growing increasingly concerned
